- Very detailed inspection report with photo documentation, usually around 40 to 60 pages with photo documentation in pdf format that can be emailed usually the next day. You will also receive a hard copy of the report including the Uniform Building Inspection Report book which can either be mailed to you or delivered to your agent. Not just a check list report
- Positive statements including general condition of all major systems and components regardless if they are faulty or not.
- Printed articles or web links that further explain a finding if applicable.
- Copy of NACHI's Code of Ethics for Home Inspectors.
- Copy of NACHI's Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors.
- The Uniform Building Inspection Report book from TWI is now included at no additional cost with all inspections. It further explains the findings statements and defines systems and components of the property. (About 300 pages and a $25.00 value)
- Executive Home Inspections will go beyond the standards of practice guidelines set by NACHI or ASHI and check all accessible components such as outlets or windows as an example, instead of just a representative number, as set by their guidelines.
- Clean appearance and we will wear shoe coverings while in the house.
- Clients and agents are welcome at the inspection site.
