Pricing is competitive for the Salt Lake City Market. The cost of my business includes insurance, licensing, office space, tools, gas, etc. Costs also include membership fees to NACHI, Salt Lake Board of Realtors, and other organizations. There are many types of inspectors and no two inspectors or inspection reports will be identical. Many inspectors will charge similar prices and only give a checklist type report, sometimes only about 20 pages long and some will only report findings that would cost $500.00 or more to repair. Other inspectors use software similar to mine, but most do not use near as many photos or give positive statements in their reports, sometimes only a few pictures at the bottom of the report. TWI reports gives the narrative finding statements along with my comments, the location of the finding, the directive or suggested repair and the significance of the finding along with further information about the finding in the Uniform Building Inspection Manual. I feel that the TWI software that I use is the best on the market and that is the reason I use it. My pricing is based on these factors.
